What we do

We release academic papers focusing on legal and political research

Chancery upholds a commitment to scholarly excellence by subjecting PLEAD scholars to a meticulous peer-review and feedback process, aptly named Trial. Once your paper successfully completes Trial and integrates valuable feedback, authors will receive notification, and their work, accompanied by a comprehensive synopsis, will be proudly featured below.

Common Questions

"Where do I begin?"

At Chancery, the process is straightforward! We specialize in providing undergraduate students with the chance to publish completed papers from previous courses. If your work hasn't been published elsewhere, we're ready to review it!

"Wait, I can publish research papers I wrote for a class?"

Yes! Scholars must however, always uphold academic honor codes by ensuring the authenticity, integrity, and quality of their work. It is acceptable to submit previously submitted course papers for publication, provided that they are (1) properly cited, (2) represent your original work, and (3) have not been published elsewhere.
